Before work starts

Changed your mind before I've started on your designs? Ask within 24 hours of paying and you'll get a full refund.

After work starts

Once I've started designing, the time and work can't be undone, so refunds aren't available. Instead, your 2 rounds of revisions are there to get the design right.

If I can't deliver

If I can't deliver your package for a reason on my side, you'll get a full refund.

How to ask

Email hello@carsinstudio.com with the email you paid with and your plan. Approved refunds are sent back through Contra to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
