Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Carsin Studio collects when you use this website or buy a LinkedIn branding package, and how it is used. Carsin Studio is run by Francis Adediran. Questions? Email hello@carsinstudio.com.

What I collect

• Details you send me. Your name, email address, LinkedIn profile URL, WhatsApp number if you share it, and your answers about your business, offer and brand.
• Files you share. Photos, logos, brand guides or samples you upload or send on WhatsApp.
• Payment details. Payments are handled by Contra. I see your name, email and the plan you paid for. I never see or store your card details.
• Messages. What you send me by email or WhatsApp.
• Free download sign-ups. Your first name and email when you sign up for a free resource, and whether you want branding tips by email.

How I use it

• To match your payment to your order and confirm it.
• To design your banner, positioning, Featured section thumbnails and profile picture.
• To send you drafts, take your revisions and deliver your files.
• To answer your questions and keep a record of your project.
• To send the free resources you signed up for and, only if you ticked the box, occasional LinkedIn branding tips. Every email has a way to unsubscribe.

I don't sell your information, and I don't use it for advertising.

Showing your project

I may show finished work in my portfolio, on this website or on social media. If you'd rather your project stays private, tell me at any time and I'll keep it out.

Services I rely on

To run the studio I use a few trusted tools, which process your information on my behalf under their own privacy policies:

• Contra for payments.
• Google (Google Forms, Google Sheets and Google Drive) for your project details and files, and Google Fonts to show this website's text.
• Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons people use.
• Microsoft Clarity to see how people scroll and click, so I can make the site easier to use.
• WhatsApp and email for messages.

How long I keep it

I keep your project details and files for up to 12 months after delivery, so I can help if you need changes or a fresh copy. After that I delete them, unless you ask me to keep them longer. Payment records may be kept longer where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask me to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time. Email hello@carsinstudio.com and I'll reply within 7 days.

Analytics and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how it's used: how many people visit, which pages they view, roughly where they're from, what device they use and which buttons they click, such as choosing a plan. Clarity also makes heatmaps and recordings of how pages are scrolled and clicked. Anything typed into forms is hidden from these recordings. Both tools set cookies to do this, and neither receives your name or email, including when you sign up for a free download. I don't use cookies for advertising.

You can block these cookies in your browser settings. Google Analytics also has an opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site works the same either way.

If this policy changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
